So a quick rundown of the first day of canoe-kayak;

Adam won his heat to qualify for the final
Tom came 4th, qualifying for the semi in a tough heat that had him lining up against both David Cal and Andreas Dittmer (click his name to see his breakdown of the race)
A-Russ & Gab did an awesome job and qualified for their final, coming 3rd in their heat.
The men's K2 and both mens and womens K4s were last in their heats and will go to their respective semi-finals.
