Ahhhh, super fun waves on the lake tonight - south west and gusty. Things flattened out the further you went so I pretty much stayed in a 2km radius around the harbour. Caught some great rides. And about time too! it's been flat or offshore for weeks now.

I got off the water around 6:30 and didn't feel like making the drive home between workouts so went to Starbucks and got a strawberry-banana Vivanno (their protein drink) and then hung out at the club until the Stonehookers practice. (yeah this joke never gets old. Under memo on my fee cheque I wrote $250 for hookers.)

Now I'm tired and haven't had dinner. So happy cleaning lady was here today. House is perfect!
